Synopsis: The Vestax VCI 300 is a Dedicated DJ system that pairs the Vestax VCI-300 MIDI DJ controller with serato ITCH DJ software, which features a simple user interface with emphasis on hardware controller to display information.
Going Digital
One of my many hobbies is being a DJ. I’ve always enjoyed going to concerts and clubs and watching the DJ play. It truly is a work of art. When I started learning the in’s & out’s of how to do it, I used a combination of two turntables and a mixer, while using vinyl records for my track selection. Many years later, I went digital, as the rest of the world did the same with their music media tastes. I purchased the Vestax VCI 300, which only requires a laptop and your music files (mp3, wac, ogg, etc.).
I created this as a personal review of the VCI 300 for anyone who was interested in picking up this DJ controller.

The Vestax VCI-300 is an attractive unit, with a bevy of impressive features.
If you’re already familiar with Rane Serato, it’s a no-brainer. In my opinion, you can’t do much better than the VCI-300.
